SUS444 steel belongs to high-alloy ferritic stainless steel. Compared with the commonly used steel SUS430:
1. The chromium content is about 1.0% higher, and the alloying element molybdenum (Mo) is added, so this steel has good pitting corrosion resistance, Crevice corrosion and stress corrosion resistance, and its corrosion resistance is even better than SUS304 and SUS316 in some fields.
2. Adding titanium (Ti), niobium (Nb), zirconium (Zr) and other stabilizing elements, so this steel has Good resistance to intergranular corrosion and high temperature oxidation resistance.
